Vitamin C of it is an antioxidant and can counteract the harmful effects of free radicals. Add half a lemon to a cup of warm water and drink each morning empty stomach. Try to not add salt or sugar for better results.
Garlic :
Both raw and cooked garlic is helpful in controlling the high B.P along with it reduces the cholesterol levels. It can relax the blood vessels by promoting the production of nitric oxide and hydrogen sulfide.
Take one or two garlic cloves and crush them, eating these can stimulate the flow of blood. Plus removes gas and reduces pressure on the heart. If you can’t take raw garlic or it cause burning sensation, have it with a cup of milk.

Onion juice :
The antioxidants of onion can keep your blood pressure under control. So, people facing high B.P problem can try to eat one medium sized raw onion on regular basis. Or you can mix one-half tsp. each of honey and onion juice. Take it two times a day for 1-2 weeks to get satisfactory results.
Honey :
It can lessen the pressure on the heart and has a soothing effect on the blood vessels thus reducing the high B.P. Every morning eat two tsp. of honey on an empty stomach. Or you can have the juice of basil (Tulsi) leaves and honey empty stomach.
